Eats History is a culinary history project created and hosted by Donnie Dodson. Each episode follows a simple but compelling format: Donnie researches a dish from human history, recreates it as faithfully as possible using period-accurate ingredients and techniques, and rates it out of 10 — all while telling the story of the dish, the culture, and the people who made it.
